To Conduct Our Day to Day Business

  • The information is required to complete a transaction initiated by you, or to administer and service your account, such as information needed by companies that help us process your ATM transactions, prepare your account statements or print your check orders; or
  • The information is needed by our attorneys, accountants and auditors, or is required to respond to a subpoena or summons.

To Nonfinancial Service Providers

We may also disclose information we collect (such as your name and address) to third parties that perform marketing services on our behalf, such as the companies we use to conduct customer surveys and direct mailings. We disclose this information to evaluate, improve and develop products and services to help meet your financial needs.

To Financial Service Providers

In addition, we may disclose information we collect (such as you name, address and telephone number) under a joint marketing arrangement with a financial service provider, such as the company that issues credit cards to our customers, and securities broker-dealers with whom we offer investment services.

When we enter into joint marketing arrangements the third parties are under contract with us and agree not to disclose or use your nonpublic personal information except as necessary to carry out those activities.
