Due to the need for increased security measures, FSB has restricted the use of ATM/Debit cards in select areas.
ATM and Debit card transactions will NOT be authorized from the following areas:
- Bulgaria
- Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast)
- Iran
- Libya
- Malaysia
- North Korea
- Romania
- South Africa
- Thailand
- Ukraine
- Zimbabwe
- Certain POS transactions in Illinois
- Some transactions in Spain and Brazil
