Customer Care Associate – Main Office, Florence

Responsibilities include but not limited to: providing complete customer service to incoming telephone and electronic or website inquiries in all aspects of banking sales and service, including but not limited to, new account opening, account maintenance, general bank information, and assisting customers with problem resolution. Opens online deposit accounts and assists with marketing efforts to increases sales through all of the Virtual Branch's delivery channels. Researches and analyzes customer issues and responds within established guidelines.

Qualifications: Customer Care Specialist applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, must have a minimum of two years of retail banking experience, preferably within a customer contact center environment. Additionally, strong personal computer knowledge and demonstrated familiarity with emerging technologies in the banking industry, as well as a demonstrated commitment to customer service, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are necessary. CFT or additional college courses preferred.

Full Time Mortgage Processor – Florence

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Processes and tracks mortgage applications, ensures all appropriate credit information and documents are complete, orders necessary reports, inputs mortgage applications into the computer system, provides clerical and administrative support.

Qualifications: Mortgage Processor applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent plus mortgage and/or real estate courses, knowledge of mortgage compliance issues, strong written and verbal communication skills, and minimum 1-2 years prior mortgage processing experience preferred.
